C4, or Collaborative Content Creation & Curation was the answer to the question on what type of an instructional intervention the author would like to work on for over a year, at his Graduate Program in Instructional Design Technology.
C4 was initially launched as a so-called “High-Performance Leadership” (or HPL) Project, as part of the author’s Pathways (TM) Learning Experience at Toastmasters International. Goal is to get more of the time spent in a Video Conferencing Application (i.e. Zoom) as users leverage their built-in features and get not only videos to upload to places like YouTube, but also audio files that can be used for a podcast. These Level 5 Pathways’ projects will also be discussed, both as an incentive to the audience for the extra steps C4 entails, as well as the author’s personal desire to fulfill their requirements through these postings.
