What is C4 HPL?

Francisco J. Palacio D. believes that the time spent on Zoom can also be used on Content Creation – Collaboratively.

This belief set him out to prototype an Instructional Intervention for his Graduate Master’s in Science Program at University of Arizona’s Global Campus.

That, along with a decade’s worth of experience as a member of Toastmasters International, and a few decades in the Information Technology industry, is what he hopes to encapsulate in these pages.

What is Toastmasters?

Toastmasters International has been a premier continuing education for professionals, entrepreneurs, aficionados and hobbyists on one of the more daunting, yet fulfilling realms of the human experience: Public Speaking.

Within the Pathways (TM) Learning Experience, there are projects that require content creation for Social Media, Blogging, and Podcasting. Author considers that time spent on Zoom, can be used for those – without the need to ask others for video editing of the larger meeting files, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Author is but a paid member who simply feels that time spent in online meetings could be repurposed for purposes of content creation, in a collaborative fashion. This is not an official endeavor of the organization, but a personal project, required for his Graduate Program.

What is UAGC?

UAGC, in short, is where the instructional intervention is now being developed and prototyped as a POC or Proof-of-Concept, in Native Prototyping mode thanks to the Technology Survey choices made, and the choice of delivery as both informal learning and Social Network-driven learning (Piskurich, 2012)
