CLO II

II- Creation and Production – learners will identify and utilize available video conferencing platforms for the agile creation of content for project documentation, work instructions and/or promotional pieces for their business(es)

F. Embrace the role of Host and Co-Host as a Virtual “Master Control” Scenario.

a. Produce better audio as well as multi-camera control
b. Monitor the use of Advanced Zoom Features not only to remove potentially unwanted audio feeds but also to keep the main speaker at the forefront of the recording – a.k.a. “Spotlight Video.”

H. Discern the difference between a Cloud and Local Recording; react accordingly to each scenario, based on the Host Account setup.

I. Manage the video transition whenever they are Screen-Sharing, ideally by themselves, or by orchestrating with another available member that can co-host and manage those on their behalf.

CLO III

III – Curation and Dissemination – learners will manage and leverage the produced videography and accompanying screencasts at their platform of choice, following the media release parameters embedded by the Audience in the production.

O. Manage both the copy and the branded materials initially created in Google Slides to label the proceedings whenever uploading a video properly.

a. Interpret applicable guidelines for the Specialty Speech Events
